We are a Central OHio Running and Walking Club that does more than run!

We are a running and walking club located in Lewis Center, Ohio. We serve runners and walkers in the Lewis Center area as well as the surrounding areas of Westerville, Worthington, Powell, Delaware, Galena and, Sunbury, Dublin and North Columbus. Our mission is to provide a fun and supportive place to come together as a community so we can run and walk with other people who share our passion.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to COVID-19, effective immediately, all group workouts, events and clinics have been temporarily SUSPENDED/CANCELLED until April. We will reevaluate the situation and resume once we can do so safely for our members and community. Thank you for your support.

    Membership is FREE!

    • Mondays 6:30PM: Group run and/or walk:  Glen Oak Park - 7126 Blue Holly Drive, Lewis Center OH 43035 
    • Thursdays 6:30PM: Group run/walk with Run Fit and Shred415 Lewis Center and then join us afterwards at Keystone Pub and Patio. (We meet at Shred415, 6297 Pullman Drive, Lewis Center_ 
    • Saturdays 8:00AM: Group run and/or walk: Glen Oak Park -  7126 Blue Holly Drive, Lewis Center OH 43035

    We have a mission to provide everyone fun, friendly fitness experience with a non-judgemental, supportive and motivating environment regardless of age, race, gender, fitness ability or skill.


    We don't care how fast or slow you are. What is important is that you do you and what's best for you. You should never feel pressured of your speed, distance, or skill level. And if you need guidance or assistance, we promise to help you every step of the way.

    Lewis Center Social Events For Families


    We like to do things other than run sometimes. Oh, the blasphemy.. lol. 


    We may grab a cup of coffee or beer after a run. We may
    host a kids vs adults kickball game, club cookout, or spend the day boating at Alum Creek. We may go hit a few balls at Top Golf or attend a healthy cooking class or wine tasting. Whatever the group feels like doing, we do.

      Want to get race-ready for your next race, or run that first 5k? We provide FREE group training for runners or walkers.


      We currently offer 5k and half marathon training, however we can help you with any race distance and help you with your running questions.

      At Shred415, your workout is broken up into four, 15-minute segments that includes a mix of HIIT total body strength training and treadmill intervals. This is the perfect cross training activity for runners that can help keep you injury free as well as help you run faster and farther.

      Shred415 co-hosts our Thursday night workouts and post run social at Keystone Pub and Patio and they host our private, Shred classes exclusively for Run Fit members.

Their staff are trained to work with you to find the right fit for your fitness needs.
